設施：沒有電梯！！！拎著兩個大箱子上樓很費勁，我要是早知道沒電梯就不會訂了，房間其實還行，也挺大衞生：衞生堪憂，圖片是吹風機擦了一遍的效果……😡馬桶角上也類似發黴的感覺

整體不錯，舒適，酒店並沒有email大門密碼給我，幸好看了其他人的評價，預先聯絡了訂房網站.com解決，另外附近商店不多，及很多同一集團酒店在附近，很容易搵錯。

這裡是個很棒的住宿地，很適合朋友們聚會，Grandbase飯店集團提供的風格一致，都有洗衣機和冰箱及微波爐及浴缸，放鬆又便宜的好地方

事隔多年同家人嚟一次家庭旅行，早係2月時已預訂咗呢間酒店，係網上見到酒店房間都比其他酒店既房間大及平，離車站距離都唔太遠，所以就決定預定了當到達酒店時，因酒店係採用自助形式入住，門口係要用密碼進入，但我地都無收到酒店發出的email，於是我地即刻聯絡訂房網站.com客服幫忙聯絡酒店，好彩當時有一家客人到埗，他同我地講酒店已預先send email比他門口的密碼，（唔知道點解我地無收到）我地只好跟佢地一齊入去，門內有部ipad 係用嚟check in，還好可以用嚟打比酒店員工，先順利做到check in，（已經浪費咗好多時間處理check in的問題）入到房間後，房間跟網上圖片描述係一樣的，地方很大，很寬敞，但是唯一唔好係唔知道點解廁所既暖氣係開著咗，令整間房都好熱（日本夏天可以係30度以上）立刻將冷氣調低就出去吃飯返嚟後房間溫度仍然好熱，走廊既冷氣仲比房涼，我老公就去睇睇係咪冷氣機有問題，打開後，見到隔塵網簡直嚇咗一大跳🙄，全部都係灰塵，我老公為有自己清洗……… 酒店真係真係要認真處理一下衛生問題第一次寫評論，因為嗰晚見到個隔塵網真係好嬲完

酒店位置很近別府站，步行約5分鐘便到達，但入住比較麻煩，因沒有為意需要事前要再額外跟酒店確認，酒店會再發送入住憑証密碼，天寒地凍在街上等，幸好聯到訂房網站.com職員馬上回覆，但來來回回已經用了20-30分鐘才能進入酒店，很差的感受😢😢😢😢

The bathroom door was broken and posed serious potential danger, the incident was reported to the staff but no instant help was given. They could only communicate through email.

Didnt receive any email from the hotel prior to arrival and stayed outside of this servised apartment for more than half an hour trying to contact the hotel. Staff English level is worrying, spent more than 20 minutes just to get them to have my email address to send me an email of the check in code. Other than that, the room is very spacious and clean, with heating and clothing drying function ij the bathroom is very handy when travelling with small kids.

Nice self check in hotel. Received the check in code in morning of check in. This hotel has no elevator so be prepared to carry luggage up stairs. We were lucky to get the ground floor unit. Good laundry facilities with washing machine, washing power, dryer inside the bathroom. Cooking facilities was good. Clean and beds were comfy.
